Where we rely on legitimate interests, that interest is running and growing a property management business. We have considered whether this is fair to you and believe it is, because we only contact people who have approached us or whose property is publicly advertised, and we stop as soon as you ask us to.
Marketing
If you download a guide or make an enquiry, we will contact you about it. We may also send you occasional information about our services. You can tell us to stop at any time — reply to any message, or email hello@hostedproperty.co.uk — and we will stop without question and without needing a reason.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your information to anyone. We share it only with organisations that help us run the business:

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where that is the case, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not become clients — up to 24 months, then deleted

We use reputable providers with access controls and encryption, limit access to information to those who need it, and review our practices as the business grows. No system is completely secure, but we take this seriously — the information you give us concerns your property, and we treat it accordingly.
Cookies
Our website may use cookies to make it work properly and to understand how it is used, and may use advertising cookies where we run adverts on Facebook and Instagram. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where a consent banner is shown you can choose what to accept.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time.
